Toni Braxton Live in Dubai, Addresses Marriage Rumors

By Nicole Brewer

Greetings globetrotters! Happy Halloween to those GTs that celebrate. The fun holiday is right around the corner and I’m looking forward to another weekend escape to Dubai to kick it with the Blackout crew that is rolling into the Middle East soon. I trotted to Dubai this past weekend to see as Tamar has coined her “Toni Braxton, Living Legend” perform. Trust me, it was totally worth the visit! Toni came to Slay at her show.

She performed a host of her hit tracks from Making me High to Unbreak My Heart with the crowd singing along most of the night. The powerhouse who recently turned 50 (50 Never looked so good), still has the pipes to match her gorgeous aesthetic. She did a beautiful tribute to Whitney Houston as well.

While performing songs off of her Love, Marriage, Divorce duet CD with Babyface, she addressed the rumors of possibly being married recently to Birdman. She vehemently stated that she “is dating” currently and never had an impending new marriage. I also made sure to see if I could spot a rock on her hand but alias it was bare, so I guess I believe you girl lol.

I’m so glad I headed over to the UAE to see her. Would you travel to see your favorite performers’ globetrotters? Who have you gone to see abroad? Leave us a comment below!
